Year 13 Leavers Ball

Year 13 students and their families gathered at The Louwman Museum for a drinks reception, followed by the main event: the Year 13 Farewell Ball. The evening began with a farewell from both Head of Sixth Form, Kevin Sandeman and Headteacher Peter Simpson, and then the students were officially welcomed to the BSN Alumni Association. The highlight of the reception was no doubt the raffle for two lovely jewellery items, graciously donated by one of the evening sponsors, Marcel Vermeulen jeweller & goldsmith: a lovely necklace won by Sophie Bennett, and cufflinks won by Toby van den Bos. The evening progressed with a wonderful buffet dinner, followed by dancing and Dutch snacks in the wee hours of the Café area of The Louwman Museum. The students and their families would like to thank the generosity of the four sponsors for the evening who made this lovely location possible: Frits Taxi, ATC Travel, Sissinghurst Outdoor Furniture and especially Marcel Vermeulen who not only sponsored the evening but also donated the lovely jewellery items for the raffle.
