On Wednesday the 1st of November the BSN welcomed the International School in The Hague (ISH) and the British School of Amsterdam.
The three schools played a triangular football tournament for both under-14s girls and boys, and ISH and the BSN played an under-12 football game. For the girls it was their chance to play against opposition of the same age for the first time. Thanks to 8-1 and 1-0 wins, the BSN were crowned champions of the girls tournament whilst the boys did well against older teams, winning one game 5-0 and losing a tight game 1-0. The under-12s took part in an epic battle against ISH before coming out with a 7-3 loss.
It was fantastic to see the sportsmanship and camaraderie between the three schools and there will be more tournaments to follow in the coming months.
