Project Africa

John Mwaniki, the Chairman of the Ndege Schools Board, was in touch last week sharing photos of the completed administration block and classroom that the students from the Project Africa 2017 Team spent two weeks on last summer.

Working beside builders from the Njoro community and students from the Ndege Schools, our Year 12 Team completed the foundations and first 2 meters of blocks. We pay for the completion of the project which covers materials for the roof, doors and windows, plastering and wages. After our departure it usually takes an additional six to nine weeks, depending on the weather, before students can start using the classrooms.

It’s really wonderful to see what the whole BSN Community has contributed to reach completion and be in use. Thank you to everyone who every supported Project Africa in the past and in the future.
