The Project Africa Student Team ran an extraordinarily successful Art Auction and Wine Tasting on Friday 24th November which made an unprecedented profit of €3079.22.
They received significant support from the BSN community who donated art works in a variety of mediums and styles and a single family, who have been long standing supporters of Project Africa, who donated all the wine for the evening. The two student auctioneers kept the audience entertained with their banter and enthusiastic promotion of the art, convincing many to part with their money for a good cause. This money will contribute to the Breakfast Programme at Ndege Primary School in Kenya, which daily feeds 800 children.
