As the BSN campuses closed due to the Covid-19 crisis, our high standard of teaching continues!
BSN teachers have quickly adjusted their lessons to provide continuous learning for all students remotely.
What does that look like?
Teachers have provided parents with a daily schedule and the activities that the students will need to complete for each of the core subjects. In the Junior School this includes Maths, English, writing exercises, Dutch, Music, and also quiet time, social activities and physical exercises.
Schedules are sent by email and notes home. Teachers are available and responsive to parents and students on a daily basis, providing feedback on the work completed.
Teachers are quickly discovering and implementing new tools to enhance remote learning and sharing their findings with the community. They are also demonstrating their creativity and innovation by creating new resources. Through this teachers are making sure that the students will not fall behind in their learning in these difficult times.
Parent feedback
We have received very positive feedback from parents on this.
“Pretty amazing what the teachers have managed to deliver in such a short period of time!”
